We were founded in 1995 with 550 employees in 36,600 m2 factory area. Our registered capital is USD 4.4 millions.Our main products are OEM and ODM oil seals and rubber parts. Product lines in the plant include oil seals, O-rings, V-rings, rubber gasket, rubber packing, tensioner and guide. The applications include but not limited to automobiles, motorcycles, ships and marine equipment, as well as industrial, agricultural, sports machineries, etc. Quality controlling is also an emphasis in our company. We are not only ISO 9001:2000 but also TS16949 certified. KPI programs is also implemented and carried out in the whole plant.Our sales region includes China, Japan, South East Asia, Europe, USA, central and south America etc.
NJK Pro Sealing Technology Corp.
NJK Pro was founded in 2015 with 25 employees in 5,000 m2 factory area. Our registered capital is USD 1 millions. The main products lines in the plant include O-rings, bonded seals, and rubber parts for both OEM and ODM clients.
Application project
Oil Seals are widely used in sealing technology , but mainly used in the automobile, truck, motorcycle, marine, hydraulic and pneumatic, as well as mining, agriculture machine and construction. NJK provide wide range of oil seals to prevent mechanical failure and damage caused by oil leakage. With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement, we also have the ability to design and develop customized products according to function, pressure, temperature and different media.
In addition to oil seals, we are also involved in rubber and plastic injection production, such as O-ring, intake manifold, chain guide plate and polyurethane seal. We have also developed plastic foot pad for GYM machine, medical silicone O-ring and cap, crutches handle cover, phone stand rubber part, rubber wiper pad, shock absorber bellow for train, carrier chuck pad etc. To mee customer’s demand, we will provide tailor-made products!
